Honoring Online Science Educators
Every day, educators across the country provide their students with the opportunity to gain scientific literacy and consider a field in the sciences by providing more online students with access to an enriching educational experience. We want to recognize them for their dedication.
The Interactive Science Educators award honors online science educators who are positively impacting student success by using unique methods to engage their students, promoting accessibility, leveraging hybrid teaching & learning strategies, and identifying innovative ways to use technology in their course.
Up to 4 recipients of this award will be acknowledged each year for the remarkable impact they have on enhancing the delivery and overall achievement of online science education.
Recipients are chosen by either peer or self nomination and selected by one of the below criteria:
Nominees will be evaluated annually by the Science Interactive Group Awards and Recognitions Committee. The top 4 rated submissions will be selected.
